1 General Terms & Conditions

Bbjl (referred to hereinafter as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an online betting and casino platform operated through the domain bbjl.live. These terms and conditions apply to all users of the platform.

• Withdrawal may be suspended until age verification is complete.

• When a bonus expires, any unused bonus balance will be automatically removed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bbjl platform. Violations may result in account closure and legal action where necessary:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using false identity or information.
• Use of betting software, bots, or automated systems.
• Deliberately exploiting platform vulnerabilities or errors.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Engaging in money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Misconduct or threats directed at bbjl staff.
• Fraudulent conduct toward other users.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Bbjl may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• In case of violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete or cooperate with KYC verification.
• During investigation of suspicious financial transactions.
• In case of self-exclusion requested by the user.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

You may request to close your account at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before closure, though this may be put on hold if an investigation is ongoing.

9 Limitation of Liability

Bbjl is not liable for the following:

• Lost bets or failed transactions due to loss of internet connectivity.
• Delays caused by errors from third-party service providers, such as payment gateways.
• Loss due to user sharing their own login credentials.
• Temporary service disruptions caused by unexpected technical issues.
